Efficiency evaluation of the calf kidney tissue and culture digested with the different digestive fluid and method

In order to evaluate the digestion effect of the calf kidney cortex tissue and cultured cell monolayer with different digestive fluids and methods.The calf kidney cortex tissue was digested at 37℃,4℃ and room temperature(25℃),respectively using 0.25% trypsase and 0.25% trypsase containing 0.02% EDTA.The results indicated that when digested at 37℃,the number of live cell,survival rate and attachment efficiency in the group of 0.25% trypsase containing 0.02% EDTA are higher than those of other groups(P0.05).The digestion speed of the cultured calf kidney monolayer cell using 0.25% trypsase containing 0.02% EDTA is higher than that of other group(P0.01).The survival rate and attachment efficiency of the digested cell in the two groups are different(P0.05).
