The ultrastructure of ORSMV, a plantrhabdovirus particles and their localizationhad been studied. Electron microscopyshowed that the virus particles tented toaccumulate between inner and outer nuclearmembrane of the infected cells, while othersobserved to be in indusion-body-like vesi-cles bounded by cytoplasmic membrane. There were many smaller vesicles in thecytoplasmic inclusions bodies, from whichvirus particles were released by budding.Free virus particles scattered throughoutthe cytoplasm have also been observed. The viroplasm, defined by limltingmembrane, has been observed, from whichthe virus particles were set free by budding.
