Optimal control of running-in temperature of Deutz BF6M1013E engine

After engine overhaul,due to the machining accuracy of parts and errors in assembly process,it is necessary to run in a certain time for normal.The advantages and disadvantages of engine running will have an important impact on engine life and economy.The thermal test temperature in the running in process can not be controlled,which has a certain effect on the running in quality of the engine.Based on the above considerations,a set of engine thermal test system which can effectively control the thermal test temperature is developed to improve the quality of engine running in and prolong the service life of the engine.In this paper,the structural design and practical application of the engine thermal test system are introduced in detail.
