Study of On-board Multi-carrier Demodulation

The new generation of on-board satellites is conceived to involve a dramatic reduction in the earth station size and complexity.The operation of on-board MCD technique is to separate each individual channel and then to perform the independent demodulation.In this paper,we study on Multi-carrier Demodulation(MCD)of FDMA/QPSK signals,which is a very important on-board signal processing technique.The MCD includes such algorithms as FDMA signal FFT demultiplexing algorithm,fully digitized demodulation algorithm of FDMA/QPSK signals,and bit-timing synchronization in MCD,etc.Computer simulation experiments on the main key techniques have been done.
