Preparation and Properties of Polyol Glycosides

Fatty acid esters of the polyol glycosides have been prepared by different methods from polyol glycosides and fatty acid or methyl esters of fatty acid.The properties of the products are also studied.High surface activity and good emulsifying action of such surfactants are found.
