Research on Improvement of the Conductivity of Polyaniline Conductive Fabrics

This paper analyzes several factors impacting the properties of polyaniline composite conductive fabrics: the absorption ability of substrate materials to absorb polyaniline materials,the effect of fabric structure on polyaniline deposition state,conductive properties of fabric conductive material,and the effect of preparation process and auxiliary processes on fabric conductivity and polyaniline deposition.Also various schemes advanced at home and abroad on the improvement of the in-situ preparation of polyaniline composite conductive fabric are investigated,such as the introduction of ultrasonic field,acid doping,surface treatment of substrates,metal ion addition,production process change and multiple polymerizations.In-situ polymerization of polyaniline is the most promising methods for marketization of conductive fabrics,though there are still some problems needing to be further studied.
