The Discussion on Two Main Restricting Conditions of Planetary Transmission Using Involute Internal Gears with Small Tooth Difference

In this paper, how to selecte the addendum modification coefficient diffierence X2-X1 or the mating angle α′to avoid the trochoidal interference and to satisfy the contact ratio is dicussed. A brief and useful selecting diagram of the addendum modification coefficient diffierene is provided and the reasonable value of X2-X1 and α′ is proposed.
