CXC chemokine ligand-10(CXCL10) is an important chemokine which belongs to the family Th1-mediated immune responses,actived histoleucocyte and T-cell,associated with metaphysis immunogenesis and autoimmune disease.To further investigate the pathogenesy and diagnosis of Graves'disease,we explored the relationship between CXCL10 and Graves'disease.
