Inqury into Indirect-Committed Crimes

WANG Cheng-xiang(College of Law,Changde Normal University, Changde 415000,China)
Indirect-committed crime, as a special type of crime, means that doers commit crimes through a certain act or its consequence and acts of doers are indirect. Meanwhile, there is no relationship of joint crimes between doers and others, which is also the dillerence between indirect-committed crimes and joint crimes. Indirect-committed crimes can be divided into nine types according to the characteristics indicated by criminals' acts and results of these acts. As to punishment of the above types of indirect-committed crimes, we must adhere to the principle of directness, independence and predictability. Should this be so, the spirit of the principle of suiting punishment to crimes and criminal responsibility would be implemented correctly.
