HYPERCHAOTIC OSCILLATION IN A FOURTH ORDER NONLINEAR CIRCUIT

A new fourth order chaotic nonlinear circuit was proposed in the present paper. Its non-linear dynamics was explored from both computer simulation and experiment research.Anovel dynamical evolution was revealed It is found that as the bifurcation parameter varies,the oscillation regime in the circuit is evolved as follows:periodic-quasiperiodic-chaotic-hy-perchaotic.A method named the state controlled switch function method was proposed,which canbe used to discriminate between chaotic oscillation and hyperchaotic oscillation. The Com-puter simulation results agree with the circuit experiment data.
