DESIGN AND ANALYSIS OF THE COMPLEMENTARY REFLECTING OPTICAL FIBER PRESSURE TRANSDUCER

Based on the elastic diaphragm of the strain gage pressure transducer in combinationwith an optical fiber displacement detector we have developed a new type of the complemen-tary reflecting optical fiber pressure transducer. The analysis and design method are stated indetail in this paper. This complementary transducer is not under the influence of variation ofambient temperature, light path dissipation and source power fluctuation, etc.
