In this paper, theabsorption and desorption processes of unburned hydrocarbons incylinder lubricating oil films for spark ignition engines are investigated by means of Renold'-s analogy, and effects of structure and operating parameters on unburned hydrocarbons incylinder lubricating oil film are studie. The calculation results show that unburned hydrocarbon in lubricating oil films can be reduced by measures such as increasing engine speed, using lean mixture and low compression ratio, which can realize the purpose of low engineexhaust hydrocarbon emissions.
