Mechanical Model for Finite Element Analysis in Geolegical Discontinuous Plane of Complex Rock Mass Engineering——Element Analysis of High Order Weak Plane

This paper analyses the weak rock plane of uniform thickness with six-nodes composed of straight sides and those composed of curved sides, emphasising on analysis of stress and displacement induced by rotation of rock mass on weak plane,along with considering discontinuous nature of geological weak plane.A set of mathematical expressions are derived including geometrical matrix,stress matrix,stiffness matrix of weak plane element,equation of equivalent nodol load caused by unit initial stress in element.They are different from the conventional ones. Calculations made with these expressions show that the presented equations are quite necessary.
