Se-low animal models have been reproduced by feeding rats with thegrains from the Keshan disease area. With flexibly. mounted ultramioro-electrode technique, the myocardial cell AP of Se-low rats is recorded insitu and compared with that of the control groups. The results reveal remar-kable decrease of APH (PM0. 05) and great prolongation of DT_(10-90) of AP(P0. 01) in Se-low rats, while APD_(50) and APD_(90) changes are not sta-tistically significant (P 0. 05).
