Short-term Compression Performance of Restrained Cushion Concrete Mixture Used in Assembling Construction

In order to test whether the restrained cushion concrete in new type embedded connection of precast assembling concrete members could bear the compression force caused by assembly construction,the short-term compression performance of restrained cushion concrete mixture was studied through the tests,and the stress-strain-settlement curves of the restrained cushion concrete mixture with different thicknesses were obtained,then the stress-strain empirical model varied with different thicknesses was built.By comparing with the matured concrete,the compression performance of restrained cushion concrete mixture was analyzed.By analyzing the water loss in the process of compression,the development of the compressive strength of restrained cushion concrete mixture was discussed.The result shows that restrained cushion concrete mixture has a nice and controllable short-term compression performance,and can satisfy the requirement of assembling construction.
