Biological characteristics and GC-MS analysis of Funalia trogii at different growth periods

【Objective】This study investigated the biological characteristics and lipsoluble components of Funalia trogii at different growth periods to provide basis for further understanding internal chemical substances and its development and utilization.【Method】Macroscopic observation and description of the growth and development of rough F.trogii were conducted and the tissue structure of different growth stages was observed by microscope and recorded by the hand section method.The lipid-soluble components were detected by GC-MS during the growth stages and the test results were compared.【Result】In the development process of basidiocarp,the surface hyphae differentiated first from the surface tissue.After three times from white honeycomb structure to light brown fungus,context gradually thickened,number of internal cavity increased,and total space increased.The grayish brown or light yellowish dentate pileus were originated from the hyphae tissue at the edge of tissue.After the matte layer was mature,part fence-like cell layers changed to ordinary filamentous hyphae closing to each other and intertwined in the dentate pileus.At last,individual fruiting body similar to that at natural state formed.Ten kinds of liposoluble components were detected by GC-MS in different growth stages of F.trogii and eight were detected at the mycelium pellets stage.Ten were detected at the final context tissue stage and eight were detected at the basidiocarp stage.A total of 56 liposoluble components were detected.【Conclusion】F.trogii formed basidiocarp similar to natural state through three stages of context tissue differentiation,mediostratum and hymenium differentiation and change in mycelia.The contents and types of lipsoluble components were different in different growth periods.
