Determination of the content of polysaccharide in Mycoblastus alpinusby UV spectrometry

Objective To establish a method for determining the content of polysaccharide in Mycoblastus alpinus.Methods The content of polysaccharide in Mycoblastus alpinus was determined by ultraviolet spectrometry.Results The standard curve was of good linearity at the range of 20.846-104.230 μg·mL-1,r=0.997 0,and the average recovery was 106.4% with RSD 2.6%(n=6).Conclusion The method constructed was simple,repeatable and could be used to determine the content of polysaccharide in Mycoblastus alpinus effectively.
