Cohesive energy density combined with response surface method to optimize the procyanidins extraction process of brewed grape skin residue

Objective In order to explore the optimal conditions to extract procyanidins from the brewed grape skin residue.Methods The extraction solvent was determined by the cohesive energy density on the basis of single factor experiment.The response surface method was used to optimize the extraction conditions of procyanidins.Results According to the results of regression analysis of procyanidins content,the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:anhydrous ethanol containing 10 mL·L~(-1) hydrochloric acid(95∶5),extraction temperature 60 ℃,extracting time 100 min,material liquid ratio of 1∶20,and extracting twice.The average content of procyandins is 49.39 mg·g~(-1)(n=3,RSD=1.7%).Conclusion The experimental results showed that the extraction solvent determined by the cohesive energy density combined with the response surface method to optimize the extraction technology of procyanidins is feasible,which provides a theoretical basis for the extraction of effective procyanidins.
