TECHNICAL PETROLOGICAL STUDY ON CEMENT CLINKER OFSHAFT KILN OF ADDITION COMPLEX MINERALIZER

Cement clinker of addition complex mineralizer of fluorspar, gypsum may be divided into four types, i. e. grape-bike clinker, molten sintering clinker, dead burned dense clinker and clinker produced under reduced .condition. The cement clinker of addition complex mineralizer consists of alite, brownmillerite, belite, tricalcium aluminate and a small amount of free lime. The quality of molten sintering clinker and dead burned dense clinker is better than that of the grape like clinker, but the quality of clinker produced under reduced condition is the worst of all. If we want to improve the quality of cement clinker, we must reduce the quantity of clinker produced under reduced condition. From the point of view of technical petrology, in order to improve the quality of cement clinker, we must increase the quantity of alite, brownmillerite, and decrease the quantity of free lime. We believe that if such cement elinker is produced, then its quality should be certainly good.
