TEXTURE AND STRUCTURE STUDY OF CRYSTALS IN DIAMOND FILMS BY COMBUSTION FLAME METHOD

The essential properties of the crystal habit, dislocation, twins and growth of diamond films are closely related to the growth conditions. Deeply understanding the relationship between growth and coationg of diamond crystals is the base of exact controlling and obtaining the films you want. The authors study the properties mentioned above, analyse the microstructure and provide some theories about growth diamond films by combustion flame method in the paper.
