Draw Up of User Requirement Document Standardization for Type B Electric Car in Urban Rail Transit

The paper introduces the purpose and main content of user requirement document standardization for type B electric car. The user requirements document meets the requirements for tender of procurement of type B electric cars for urban rail transit. The user requirements document can also be applicable for different cities in China for tender of procurement of type B electric cars to the maximum operating speed of 80~100 km/h for urban rail transit, and they can also be references for tender of procurement of the maximum running speed greater than 100 km/h of type B electric cars.
