Advances in molecularly imprinted sorbent immunoassay and its application

The formation mechanism of molecularly imprinted polymer(MIPs) and its application,the principle of molecularly imprinted sorbent immunoassay are introduced in detail and reviewed in this paper.The application of radio-labeled molecularly imprinted sorbent immunoassays,fluorescence labeled molecularly imprinted sorbent immunoassays and enzyme-linked molecularly imprinted sorbent immunoassays in the determination of medicine and pesticide are presented.The advantages,disadvantages,technologically problems and the prospect of molecularly imprinted sorbent immunoassay are described with emphasis.
