"科学发展观"视角下的外语学习

The paper explores foreign language teaching and learning from the perspective of scientific development.Based on the theory of humanity,the authors attempted to analyze and comment on the current situations of foreign language teaching and learning in our country and comment on the necessity of focusing on learners' development in an all-round,balanced and continuous way in their learning.
