In 21 century, the global hotels will face the strategic changes of talents and technology. In the future, the human factor will be the dominate factor of sustainable development of hospitality, but the human resources management of most domestic hotels are still use the traditional management method. The paper discusses and analyses the human resources management of international hotels who have implemented the staff-oriented management for decades; points out the experience and management methods that the domestic hotels would learn. The principle of staff-oriented can strengthen the internal cohesion of hotel and increase the competitiveness of hotel. The staff-oriented management certainly will be a trend.
