Construction of multiwavelets with multiplicity 2 based on scalar wavelets

Two construction methods for orthonormal multiwavelets with multiplicity 2 based on scalar wavelets are given. From the point of view of the complex scalar wavelet, the relationship between the complex scalar wavelet and the real multiwavelet is established in the method 1. Based on the general short support and orthonormal scalar wavelet, we constitute the matrix conjugate quadrature filter with interpolation symmetry in method 2. The method 2 is simple and easy to realize.
