A new Systolic array’s algorithm for extracting eigenvalues

The Systolic array for extracting eigenvalues mainly uses the QR recursion method,butthe amount of computation for a normal matrix is great. In this paper, a new array structure isproposed , which first changes the matrix into an upper Hessenbergmatrix , then uses the QRrecursion method , with the result that the amount of computation in one QR recursion is re-duced from O(n ̄3)to O(n ̄2),so that the speed ofcomputation is greatly increased.The arraycan easily control its whole synchronization and provide interface between arrays , with no un-favored effects on the stability of the initial QR recursion method.
