OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of the combination of aspirin(ASP) and isorhynchophylline(Iso) on rabbit platelet aggregation in vitro.METHODS The rabbit platelet aggregation induced by collagen(Col),thrombin(Thr),and adenosine diphosphate(ADP) in vitro was determined by Born method, respectively.RESULTS Combination of ASP and Iso concentration-dependently inhibited platelet aggregation induced by Col(50mg·L-1),Thr(3U·m L-1) and ADP(15μmol·L-1).CONCLUSION Combination of ASP and Isohas the effect of synergistic inhibition on platelet aggregation.
