Their image findings were analyzed and correlated with the surgical and pathological findings. Results; In 53 cases with urinary tract obstructive, there were: congenital ureteral stricture (29) , calculus (8) , benign stricture (7) , ureteral carcinoma (5), bladder disorder (4). MRU of all the patients documented the siteN shape and features of urinary obstruction. Conclusion: MRU is a noninvasive, safe and effective method in the diagnosis of urinary obstruction, particularly for the patients with allergic to iodine or non - visualisation or severe hydronephrosis on intravenous urogram.
