Materials and Methods; Analyze 10 cases of FES imaging data which have been proved by clinical diagnosis , among which 6 cases had the pulmonary imaging examina- tion, all cases had chest plain films done and 5 cases had the chest CT scanning done. Results: Chest radiography showed bilateral large of the lung markings or multiple patchy in 3 cases, diffuse in 1 case, the left 2 cases were normal; on CT scans, multifocal areas of consolidation and ground - glass opacity or nodules and gravity - dependent opacity were seen on all 5 patients. Conclusion: The imaging examinations can provide evidences directly for FES, so we suggest that CT scans is the as earlier examination in those patients who suffering from pulmonary FES.
