CT Guided Percutaneous Centesis:Initial Exploration

Purpose:To discuss the clinical application and maneuver of CT-guided percutaneous centesis.Materials and Methods:CT guided percutaneous centesis and CT enhancement were performed on all 25 patients including 21 with pulmonary disease,2 with renal disease,1 with pelvic disease and 1 with hepatic disease.Results:CT-guided percutaneous centesis was successfully performed on all cases,pathologic diagnoses of 21 cases were obtained and therapy was administered on 2 cases.Effective pathologic tissues were unable to be acquired due to some certain reasons.Conclusion:CT is and advanced technique on current diagnosis and differential diagnosis because of its high resolution and accurate orientation.It is more and more prevalent on clinical use due to its characteristics of rapidity,accuracy and minimal invasion.
