The Clinical Value of Influence on Ultrasound Measurement of Position Change to the Space Position of Renal and Colon

Purpose:Providing the ultrasound image data of space position changes of living donor kidney and colon in different positions for clinic.Materials and Methods:Detection of the height of pararenal colon,the ratio of covering of rena by colon,the distance between highest point of cross-sectional on dorsal on lower 1/3 segment renal and vertex of colon beside renal on the same plane(distance between the tops.),the angle between the line between highest point of cross-sectional on dorsal on lower 1/3 segment renal and vertex of pararenal colon on the same plane and a horizontal line(top angle) by 59 healthy volunteers 59 left renal,59 right kidney under the prone position,the pad abdominal prone position and palm knee position,3 positions.Results:The height of pararenal colon and the ratio of coverage increased from palm knee position and prone position to pad abdominal prone position,P0.01 or P0.05,the difference had a statistically significant.The left was greater than the right under prone position and palm knee position,P0.05.Bilateral height under pad abdominal prone position had no significant difference,P0.05.The distance between the tops and the top angle reduced from palm knee position and prone position to pad abdominal prone position,P0.01,it had a statistically significant.Contrasting the left and the right,the distance between the tops P0.05,it had no statistically significant.Contrasting the left and the right,the top angle under prone position and palm knee position,P0.01,the difference had a statistically significant.Under pad abdominal prone position,P0.05,the difference had no statistically significant.Conclusion:Ultrasound had important clinical value that it could provide the data of space position of renal and colon under different positions for clinic.
