The Imaging Finding and Diagnosis of the Carpal and Ligamentous Injuries (A report of 60 cases)

Purpose:To explore the imaging finding and diagnosis of the carpal and ligmentous injuries.Materials and Methods:60 carpal fractures,carpal dislocations an ligmentous injuries were proved by the imaging examitions and the operations,and analyzed retrospectively,and depending on the x-findings were classified and diagnosed.Results:In 60cases,30 scaphoid fractures﹙50%﹚,2 lunate fractures,3 scaphoid avascular necrosis,7 triquetrum fractures,4 hamate fractures,1 capitate fracture,and 5 avascular necrosis of the lunate﹙know as Kienbock disease﹚.3 perilunate dislocations,2 lunate dislocations and 3 scapholunate dissocrations.Conclusion:The scaphoid is the most commonly fractured carpal.The most common injuries are known as perilunate dislocation.The specific imaging findings of the injuries were depended on diagnosis.
