Hypoplastic Myelodysplastic Syndrome and Aplastic Anemia Bone Marrow Morphology in Differential Diagnosis

Purpose: Discussion of hypoplastic myelodysplastic syndrome and aplastic anemia bone marrow morphology in differential diagnosis. Materials and Methods: A retrospective analysis of our hospital in 200806 ~ 2012 / 04outpatients and inpatients 17 cases low hyperplastic marrow hyperplasia( MDS),male11 Cases,female6 Example,between the ages of 23 ~ 84 years old,average( 66. 8 ± 11. 9) years old,10 cases of aplastic anemia( aplasticanemia,AA) in patients with male5 Cases,female5 Patients,aged between 18 ~ 74 years of age,the average age of( 46. 3 ± 7. 5) years old. Includes general information,blood routine examination,morphology of peripheral blood cells,bone marrow,bone marrow pathology and laboratory characteristics were analyzed retrospectively,further discusses two kind of disease clinical features. Results: Hypo-MDS and AA both in patients with severe anemia,hemoglobin content showed no significant difference. AA with the white blood cell and platelet counts in patients with less than Hypo-MDS,P 0. 05are statistically significant. In 17 patients with Hypo-MDS were AL IP5 cases,the detection rate was 29. 4%. In 10 patients with AA were no AL IP,no micro megakaryocytes,stained with Gomeri(-).
