Qu Yi Kang:Its Effect on hemorheology of Rats with endometriosis

Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Qu Yi Kang on the hemorheology of rats with endometriosis,and to probe into the nosogenesis and treatment of endometriosis.Methods 40 healthy female rats were randomly divided into 4 groups.They were given the medicine after modeling.4 weeks later,the eye blood was sampled during estruation,and the indexes of hemorheology and fibrinogen.Results Compared with the control group,Danazol group and Qu Yi Kang group,the hemorheology indexes of the model group improved significantly(P0.05);there was no significant difference between the hemorheology indexes of the Danazol group and the Qu Yi Kang group(P0.05).Conclusion The determination of the hemorheology indexes of the rats with endometriosis could confirm that blood stasis is the important nosogenesis of endometriosis.Qu Yi Kang can change the hemorheology of EMS rats as well as the general and local micro-circulation,and has the effects of promoting the absorption of stasis,relieving pain and inhibiting the growth of ectopic endometrium.
