Research on crowds behavior characteristics of civil aircraft cabin passengers during emergency evacuation

CabinEvacu software developed by ourselves was used to perform passengers' evacuation animation in aircraft emergency.A certain numbers of age-gender proportion passengers were fixed in keeping with the criteria of CCAR25-R4.And the seven combinations of the three-hatches opened were acted as different simulation situations.The passenger evacuation performance was demonstrated and the typical passenger movement trace was tracked in these simulations.The observation showed six kinds of passenger escape phenomenon and four kinds of crowd effect.The phenomenon was competition-delay,competition-accelerate,side congestion,alternately forward,waste of effective escape space and waste of effective escape district.These effect contained cumulative effectofmulti useable emergency exits,short board of cask effect,delay-transfer effect and accelerate-transfer effect.The evacuation was summarized included the occurrence conditions,action region,action object and effect.
