The Detection of ER、PR in Uterine Myoma, Adenomyoma and Peripheral Blood Leukocyte of the Patients

In this article, we made a comparative study on relationship of the uterine myoma and edenomyoma with the estradiol and pro-geserone. The results showed that in myoma and adenomyoma, estradiol receptor (ER) positive tate was significantly higher than those in control group (p0. 01, p0. 05 ), Progesterone receptor (PR ) positive rate was below the control group, only in adenomyoma PR leve was significantly lower than those in control group (p0. 05). In peripheral blood leukocyte Of petients with myoma or adenomyoma and normal women, there was no significant difference in ER, PR status. In addition, serum E2 P leves were also aaseyed. Serum E2 of the patients with myoma or adenomyotna was significantly higher than normal women in follicular phase (p0. 05, p0. 01). Serum P of the patients with myoma was significantly lower than normal women. Tbe results suggested that the imbalanec of estradiol and Progedetone in serum and tumor might be responsible for occurring and development of myoma or adenomyoma. The high E2 level in serum and tumor may inhibit the patient's immune function and may be also influence tumor devefopment.
