Analysis of Clinical Prognostic Factors for Uterine Sarcoma

Sevnty-four patients with uterus sarcoma were treated by surgery. All of them were followed-up over 5 years. The overall 5-year survival rates were 43. 2%. 5-year survival rate is related to following factors. As lesion confined to uterus, 5-year survival rate is 50%,If beyond it, which is 14, 3% (p0. 05 ); Generaliged total hysterectomy, hysterectomy and subtotal hysterectomy were 52. 9 %, 60. 7 % and 33. 3 %, respetively. If intrartery chemotherapy, systematic or intraperitoneal after operation is given, 5-year survival rates were 84. 2 %and 28. 2 %, respectivey- therefore, the prognostic factors were related to the extent of lesion, operative procedure, adjuvant chetnotherapy,etc.
