Primary Gastric Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

Treatment and prognosis of 28 cases with prirnary gastric non-Hodgkin's lymphorna were underment a retrospeice analysis from 1958 to 1980 years in the Cancer Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Science in this paper. The principal treatment included surgical rection of the gastric lymphoma (n=26),exploratory laparotomy (n=2),followed by radiation therapy (n=3),chemotherapy (n=15)and chemoradiotherapy (n=4),Resectability was 92. 9 %and no operative death occured. The median survival was 79. 5 months. Tbe 5 year sur-vival rate for the total,stage Ⅰ+Ⅱand stage Ⅲ+Ⅳ after treatment was 60. 7 %, 71. 4%and 28- 6% respectively. The result for the stage Ⅰ+Ⅱtumors was significantly improved over that of the tumors with stage Ⅲ+Ⅳ (p0. 05)
