The Diagnostic Value of Serum DNA-polymerase Combined RIA in Patients with Lung Cancer

Serum DNA- polymerase (DNA-P)is regarded as a new broad-spectrum tumor marker. It is very important clinical siguifi-cance for the diagnosis of malignant tumor. In Fifty-eight Patients with examining lung cancer, 82. 76 % (48 cases) were DNA-P RIA POsi-tive. In 160 patients of lung benign disease 4.38% (7 cases)were DNA-P Rm opitive (p0. 01). In 1 00 normal human none was positive (p0.01). Serum DNA-P RLA has important Value in the diagnosis of lung cancer.
