A Clinicopathological Study on Gastric Epithelial Dysplasia and Early Gastric Carcinoma

(Purpose) To investigate the corrdstion between gastric epithelial dysplasia and early gasric carinoma, (Methods) 64cases of gasric epithelial dysplasia were detected from 2800 biopsy samples of gastric epithelia during the past 12 years. (Results) Carcinoma changes were found in all types of dysplasia but more caricinoma changes were find in sevre dysplasia group. (Conclusions) We conclude that mild and moderate dysplasia are reversible, while severe dysplasta is inreversible or being careinoma changes.
