Immuno-mechanism of the Antitumor Effect of Protein from C91-3 Lentinus Fexmentative Liquid

[Purpose] To explore the immune mechanism of the antitumor effect of protein from C91-3 lentinus fexmentative liquid(LFP91-3). [Methods] Inbred male and female BALB/C mice were used to create animal mode.Twenty-four mice were randomly divided into LFP91-3 group, cyclophosphamide group and normal sodium control group. The impact of LFP91-3 on NK cell activity, lymphocyte transformation rate,serum IL-2,INF-γ and hemolysin in BALB/C mice were observed. [Results] The NK cell activity ( P0.01) and the transformation rate of the lymphopcyte (P0.01) were increased in the LFP91-3 group.IL-2,INF-γ and production of hemolysin antibodies from the serum in LEP91-3 group were higher than those in other groups (P0.01).
