Factors Affecting the Job Reliability in Petrochemical Industry

A questionnaire was applied in this research to make out the main factors which affect the job reliability in petrochemical industry. By the statistical method of factor analysis,4 main factors and their factor loadings were determined. The 4 main factors are the deficiency of operator,work conditions,managerial and organizational factors,and the deficiency of machine and job design. The results in this research could be used as the indexes for evaluating the human reliability in inflamable and explosive work position, and could also be used as a practical guideline on raising the level of safety management and job reliability in petrochemical industry.
