The Specialty,Usability and Commercialization of Personnel Psychological Test Sosftware

CHENG Lehua 1,CAI Shenggang 2 (1.Department of psychology ,South China Normal University, Guangzhou 510631,China;2.South Talent Assessment Center, Guangzhou 510620,China)  
Based on investigations of many prevailing psychological,test softwares in our country the problems existed in these softwares are examined. The problems mainly concentrated on three aspects: How to be more professional? How to be easy to use? How to get more commercial value? The authors proposed a software design method to solve these problems.
