Exploration of Realizing Indication of Losing Efficacy of Filtrating Box of Protective Mask by Using Semiconductor Gas Sensitive Transducer

Determining losing officacy of filtrating box of protective mask is mainly depend on sense of smell and fixing time of use,but these two methods exist obvious limitations. For many years peoples have been exploring objective method indicating losing efficacy of filtrating box. The article discussed the indicating method of losing efficacy of filtrating box by using semiconductor gas sensitive transducer, discussed the principle, selectivity, sensitivity, repetition, responding time and ending time of security police of semiconductor transducer,analyzed the results of test of using CGS semiconductor transducer, finally indicated that the technique of indicating losing efficacy of filtrating box by using semiconductor transducer is feasible,and this technique exists extensive potential market and fairly effect upon society and economy.
