Study on Career Decision-making Difficulties of University Graduates and Its Relevant Factors

The present study explored the relationship between career decision-making difficulties(CDMD) of university graduates and its gender and grade relevance. The impact of self-evaluation on CDMD was also studied.It was found that:(1)for all the graduates,the difficulty of problem solving was serious;(2)there were gender and grade difference in the fee-ling of CDMD;(3)The four dimensions of self-evaluation had different influences on CDMD.
