The Relationship Study Between Personality and Performance of the Market Investigators

We focused on the relationship between personality and the performance of investigators. Our sample consisted of 135 investigators who served in the same market research company. We measured the perso-nality with EPQ questionary and evaluated the performance with four criterions—"the percentage of investigation accomplishment","the quality of the investigation","conscientiousness"and"fervency".The article indicated that the performance was related to the personality of the investigators.The"P" dimension in the EPQ was an important factor which effected the performance.Lower"P",higher"E"and highest or lowest"N"would result in high performance.
