The Effects of Performance Management on Organizational Justice

WANG Shu-hong, LONG Li-rong, LIU Ya (Business Administration School of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Wuhan 430060,China)  
Two methods of interview and questionnaire were adopted in the study. The effects of performance management on organizational justice were analyzed systematically. The result indicated that performance management was closely related to the different dimensionalities of the organizational justice and the result also indicated that there were some differences in the effects between China and the western developed countries.
