Formulation and Optimization of Multi-region Fire-fighting and Rescue Loop

ZHU Li-ping, SHEN Rong-fang (School of Economy and Management, Tongji University, Shanghai 200092,China)  
Aimed to the actuality of fire-fighting and rescue in China, the author put forward the opinion of creating loop of fire-fighting and rescue in order to deal with the great disaster rapidly and effectively. This article formulated the model for the radius calculation; and designed the optimizing model for the loop of fire-fighting and rescuing when adding investment. The research had been applied in the practice and had achieved certain successes.
