An Algorithm Based on Information Entropy about the Startup of Downstream Task

Based on quantifying information and by concrete evidence of product's development,this paper presents an algorithm to determine the starting condition of related downstream task.The algorithm provides quantifying basis for reasonable start of related tasks.The paper explores possible development of starting condition from quantitative processing to qualitative processing.
