Using response-cuing paradigm and cross signs with different spatially aligned features, this study aims at exploring the effects of spatial features of stimulus and response locations on the mode of cuing effects. The results show that salience of left-right features produce left-right cues effect advantage and salience of inner-outer features produce inner-outer cues advantage effect. The reaction time is the shortest and accuracy is the highest when left-right feature is salient, and the performance is the poorest when inner-outer feature is augumented.Cues are more effective for the two inner response locations than to the two outer ones.
